Linux Machines that stay in the EU
Hosted on Hetzner in Germany. Operated by Kultify GmbH. GDPR applies because the company and the metal are here.
Working with a coding agent? Install the runin skill.
A Machine in one command
Use your SSH key to create a Machine with a 10 GiB disk. Your terminal already has the client.
Example output. Use the Machine ID returned by your command to connect. Your SSH key must be registered first.
Choose your disk
Start with 10 GiB or choose 30 GiB for a larger project. CPU and memory are selected separately with --size.
10 GiB · default
The base Template.
30 GiB
The base-30gib Template.
Find your Machines
List the Machines in your account, including their names. The NAME column shows the label you chose with --name. The SSH column gives you the destination to use after ssh.
Check allocated CPU and memory with usage. It also shows which quota and disk measurements are available.
Options, right in your terminal
See every option for creating a Machine, including Templates, sizes and names. Both commands show the same help.
Under GDPR
Agents in the EU
A persistent Linux Machine in Falkenstein. Your agent can return to the same working files on its disk in Germany.
HTTPS in Germany
https://<id>.runin.eu, through our gateway in Germany. Private by default, shareable when you say so.
Encrypted in the EU
Disks, Snapshots and Templates stay on the Host, encrypted at rest. A drive that leaves the datacenter is unreadable.
Hosted in Germany, operated in Germany
Kultify GmbH, Nürnberg, operates Runin. Hosts are Hetzner dedicated servers in Falkenstein. Disks stay there, encrypted at rest. Each Machine gives you root access and systemd, with Firecracker providing isolation.
Use ssh runin.eu to manage your Machines. The shared gateway forwards SSH and HTTPS connections to the Host running each Machine, so you keep using the same addresses as we add Hosts.
